3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information ph265 requests for KYC purposes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Verification. ph265 may require identity verification at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon detection of unusual account activity. Verification documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, utility bill, or other proof of identity and address. ph265 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory verification.
3.4 Consequences of Inaccurate Registration. If ph265 determines that any registration information was false, incomplete, or provided with intent to deceive — including but not limited to providing a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age restriction — ph265 reserves the right to immediately and permanently close the Account and forfeit any balance therein, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Credits.
3.5 Philippine Mobile Number. Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number (Smart, Globe, DITO, or equivalent carrier). This number is used for OTP verification, security alerts, and Account recovery. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered mobile number.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph265 Account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. ph265 will never ask for your password or OTP via any channel including live chat, SMS, email, or social media.
4.2 You must notify ph265 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. ph265 will investigate and take appropriate security measures upon notification.
4.3 Any activity conducted using your Account credentials — whether by you or any third party who accessed your credentials through your own negligence — is your responsibility. ph265 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access that was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
ph265 recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. 2FA is available under Account Settings and adds a significant layer of protection against unauthorized access — particularly important given that ph265 accounts are linked to GCash and other Philippine payment methods.
5.1 ph265 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT (TRC20), and Coins.ph, subject to availability and minimum transaction limits published on the Deposit page.
5.2 The minimum deposit is ₱100. ph265 does not impose a deposit fee for GCash or Maya transactions. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.

5.6 Deposit limits may be applied to individual Accounts based on verification status, account activity, or responsible gaming parameters set by the Player or imposed by ph265 under applicable regulatory requirements.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified payment account in the Player's name, subject to ph265's withdrawal routing rules.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 ph265 processes GCash and Maya withdrawal requests for verified accounts within 3–10 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. 10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may apply for self-exclusion at any time — for periods of 30, 90, 180 days, or permanently. 11.1 ph265 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the Account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
11.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the Account — including Real Money Balance — may be forfeited. ph265 will provide written notification of the reason for closure where legally permissible.

12.3 Scraping, crawling, or systematic extraction of data from the ph265 Platform by automated means without ph265's express written authorization is prohibited.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, ph265's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to ph265's internal dispute resolution process by contacting ph265 support via Live Chat or the contact details provided on the Platform.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 calendar days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, as applicable.
14.4 By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines with respect to any action, suit, or proceeding arising out of these Terms or the Platform.
15.1 ph265 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the ph265 website at ph265.org/terms-conditions. ph265 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of material changes via the registered mobile number or a prominent on-Platform notification.
